Since 1990 the British Columbia Council for International Education (BCCIE) has been a leader in the successful development and promotion of international education in British Columbia (BC).

BCCIE represents BC institutions by providing a cohesive and professional source of information for international students, parents and educators and by coordinating and delivering effective marketing strategies and advertising initiatives.

BCCIE is a nationally and globally recognized professional organization that promotes and supports all aspects of international education within BC and abroad. The international mobility of students is one of the highest growth sectors within the field of education, and BCCIE has been a fundamental supporter and a key partner in this rapid development. Ensuring ongoing internationalization at our schools and in our communities, and supporting the growth of the education sector for the province are crucial components of BCCIE's mandate and vision.
