BCCIE maintains its commitment to the professional development of new and emerging international education practitioners. In order to encourage participation in this year’s Seminar by those who may not otherwise be able to attend the conference, BCCIE has expanded its bursary program. Several full bursaries, including registration for the full Seminar as well as in one of the pre-conference Building Blocks to International Education workshops, will be awarded to deserving practitioners from both the K-12 and Post-Secondary sectors. Participants will still need to cover transportation and accommodation costs.

Please note that in order to be considered for a bursary, registrants must complete a Summer Seminar Bursary Application before April 30, 2010. Selected bursary recipients will be selected by committee and will be notified in early May.

To return the completed bursary application:

1. At the form window, click on the "Submit" button in the top right-hand corner. You will be prompted for your email address and full name, fill it in and click send.
2. Please select "Desktop Email Application" as the method to send your mail if you are currently using an email application such as Microsoft Outlook. You may check your email application to see if the mail was sent successfully.
3. If you are unsure about your email application, select "Internet Email" instead to save a copy of the form and email it to seminar@bccie.bc.ca.
